Our pricing varies depending on event duration, location, and any additional services or custom features. Please reach out to us for a personalized quote tailored to your event.
We require a dedicated power outlet and a flat surface for most setups, along with space for props (one or two tables provided nearby) and an optional backdrop if desired. Some of our experiences are battery-powered and only need a small footprint. For outdoor events, a covered and dry area is required.
We recommend a minimum of 5ft x 5ft for our larger setups, and around 3ft x 3ft for smaller experiences. If you’re adding a backdrop, please allow for extra room so everything can be arranged comfortably. That said, we can always adapt to tighter spaces when needed.
Yes! We offer a range of customizations such as personalized backdrops, themed props, and branded prints. Please contact us to discuss what’s possible for your event.
We cover events nationwide, including resorts. A small travel fee applies, and clients are responsible for handling logistics such as transfers and accommodation where required.
Yes. To secure your date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Deposits are non-refundable. Depending on how close to the event date the cancellation is made, additional fees may apply. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
We occasionally share live Instagram stories during events or add them to our highlights. We do not share full posts or reels without your permission. If we’d like to feature your event more permanently in our portfolio or marketing, we’ll request a media release first. Otherwise, all event content remains private and is shared only with you.
